How do I pay for services?

After you receive service you will receive an invoice requesting payment.

Payment is due the day of service.

Do I need to prep the work area?

Yes. Locations for each footing should be marked with marking paint.

Can I cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call at least 1 hour before the appointment to cancel at 844-344-3668.

Who is responsible for calling Miss Dig?

Unless you have requested a call-in on your behalf, the contractor or homeowner who has accepted our service agreement and waiver is responsible for calling MISS DIG.

Do I need to be on site during the appointment?

Yes, it is preferred that you are on site.

If you will not be on site, holes must be properly marked, the job site must be cleared of any obstructions, and all holes will require covers. 

What size holes can I expect?

Widths include 9”, 12”, 18”. Indicate the size needed at the time of booking.

How deep can you dig holes?

Depths include 4’ and up to 8’.

Additional charges apply for depths more than 4’.

How do I maintain the integrity of the holes?

Schedule your footing inspection as close to the dig as possible and cover the holes between the dig and inspection time.

Can Sasquatch Footings cover the holes for me?

For an additional charge we can furnish covers.

What if something gets damaged?

The contractor or homeowner who has accepted our service agreement and waiver is responsible for damages due to unmarked utilities, sump discharge lines, irrigation lines, ethernet cable, coax cables, etc. Any obstructions under the surface of the ground are unknown to Sasquatch Footings.

How can I prevent damages?

If you suspect that there may be an obstruction you can always pre-dig near the surface of the ground to make sure there are no shallow obstructions.
